02 · How pricing works

Five dimensions, nothing hidden.

Plans differ on the same five dimensions, so a move between them is predictable.

01

Transaction volume

The number of events reconciled each month. Larger volumes sit in higher plans.
02

Connected systems

How many sources feed PulseControl. Each added system widens the operational view.
03

Automation

From core matching through rules, auto-resolution and approval workflows.
04

Controls

The depth of rules, thresholds, approvals and audit export available to your team.
05

API access

From read-only access to the full API, webhooks and higher limits.
03 · Questions

Plain answers.

Are these final prices?

No. They are illustrative and show how plans are structured. Commercial terms are confirmed when you talk to us.

What counts as a connected system?

A source whose events PulseControl ingests, such as a payment gateway, a bank account feed, an ERP ledger or an internal service.

What counts toward transaction volume?

Ingested events that PulseControl reconciles, such as payments, settlements, credits and postings. The exact definition is confirmed with the plan.

Can a plan be adapted to our requirements?

Yes. Enterprise plans are scoped to your volume, systems, controls and access policy. Talk to us and we will outline what that looks like.

Is there a way to try the product?

The interface on this site is an interactive demonstration with synthetic data. Arrangements for working with your own systems are discussed when you contact us.

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell us about your systems and volume, and we will recommend a starting point.
