03 · Evidence

Four sources, side by side.

Most investigation time goes to collecting evidence from separate systems. PulseResolve collects it first.

The originating payment or invoice: amount, time, reference and source system.

Settlement

The provider batch that was supposed to carry the money: batch reference, amount and close time.

Bank event

The credit or debit that actually arrived: amount, value date and remittance reference.

Provider response

The provider’s own status and reason codes, shown as received so no one has to interpret a paraphrase.
